Catskill Community Center

Olympic swimmer Kingdon Gould donated funding for a pool where area children could swim competitively and that served the needs of the community.

Project Features

-Zero-entry area

-Six-lane competition pool

-Compact vacuum sand filter system

-Variable frequency drive system

-Paddock Evacuator

Aquattica’s design includes two connected pools separated by a wingwall, with one pool with lanes for competitive swimming and the other pool for recreation and learn-to-swim programs.  The connected design eliminates the need for a second filtration system or chemical control system (as the pools are one body of water).

Patented Concrete Pool Structure

The P-Kast™ Pool System can be installed in a fraction of the time it takes to build a conventional swimming pool without any loss of structural integrity.  Modular construction results in additional cost savings by applying time tested and proven technological solutions to eliminate the excesses that are inevitable with conventional construction. P-Kast™ pools are structurally equal to gunite and structurally superior when compared to steel-walled modular pool structures.
